IBA has given three reminders to our nine union leaders to sit and discuss on next XIth wage settlement but so far no any union came forward for this because these dirty unions think that if negotiation started in time and wage settlement done in time then they may not be able to charge levy so these dirty unions planned to delay this process as much as they can do. So now our role start that we must force our union leaders for it by asking the reasons for such delay otherwise we will have to give our 4-5 days salary in strikes and levy charge extra, please force them to initiate the process if you can. See below one circular Aiboc circulated for delay in intitiation by IBAbut I think it is not true Is there any hard copy of subjected communication, please share them, also be strong to protest against levy and refuse the same for delay in settlement.
