SBI PNB may move out from 11th Bipartite Settlement Nov 2017...

Large state run lender are seeking to break away from the system of old negotiating periodic industry wide wage settle ment  with the union and decided  their own pay structure

Lender susc as SBI and PNB 1st and 2nd largest psu in india are exploring the idea  of moving with variable pay structure which willbe based on the performance of their employee.

SBI  is looking to  introduce  an employee stock ownership plan grading system based on  an employee performance said  a senior sbi  official  on condition of anonymity

PNB plan to approach to its board with a proposal to introduce performance based pay for all of its official above the level of chief manager
Today an employee salary is predictable. There is a need to recognize performance and to give remuneration. We have formed a internal committee of general manager to work on this matter and submit the proposal to board
Usha Ananathasubramanium Managing Doirecrot and chief Excutive office of PNB said today.

Till today SBI, PNB and BOB  not sent their consent to iba regarding 11th BP  as per IBA REQUEST.. Only few small and medium bank like union bank  vijaya ban  syndicate bank  bank of maharastra and dena bank sent their consent.
