Mega merger in banking Industry waiting

Public Sector Banks (PSBs) are being reorganized into three major bank groups as per the new plan announced by the Government of India and the RBI.

Updated Bank Groups:

*SBI Group*:

SBI + Bank of Maharashtra + UCO Bank + Punjab & Sind Bank

*Canara Bank Group*:

Canara Bank + Union Bank of India + Indian Bank + Bank of India

*PNB Group*:

PNB + Bank of Baroda + Central Bank of India + Indian Overseas Bank
