The Central Bank of India is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the following positions on an annual contract basis at our RSETI centers in East Champaran and West Champaran:

Contract Duration

• Tenure: 1 year (renewal may be considered at the discretion of the bank, society, or trust, subject to satisfactory performance).

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Health: Candidates must be in sound health.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Faculty:

• Education: Graduate (Science/Commerce/Arts) or Post-Graduate (preference given to MSW/MA in Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology, B.Sc. in Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture, BA with B.Ed., etc.).
• Skills: Flair for teaching, sound computer knowledge, excellent communication skills in the local language (fluency in English and Hindi is an advantage), and typing skills in the local language are essential (typing in Hindi/English is a plus).
• Experience: Previous experience as faculty is preferred.

Office Assistant:

• Education: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge. Knowledge of Basic Accounting is preferred.
• Skills: Fluency in spoken and written local language (fluency in Hindi/English is an added qualification), proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally, and Internet. Typing skills in the local language are essential (typing skills in English and Hindi are an advantage).

Watchman cum Gardener:

• Education: 7th standard passed.
• Experience: Preferably experience in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.

Salary Structure

Faculty:

• Consolidated Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
• Annual Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 based on satisfactory performance.
• Fixed Travel Allowance (FTA): ₹2,500/month (on declaration basis).
• Mobile Allowance: ₹300/month.
• Other Benefits: EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules, Annual Medical Allowance, Group  Insurance, and TA for outstations.

Office Assistant:

• Consolidated Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,500
• Annual Performance Incentive: ₹1,500 based on satisfactory performance.
• Fixed Travel Allowance (FTA): ₹2,000/month (on declaration basis).
• Mobile Allowance: ₹300/month.
• Other Benefits: EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules, Annual Medical Allowance, Group Insurance, and TA for outstations.

Watchman cum Gardener:

• Consolidated Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000
• Annual Performance Incentive: ₹1,000 based on satisfactory performance.
• Fixed Travel Allowance (FTA): ₹800/month (on declaration basis).
• Mobile Allowance: ₹300/month.
• Other Benefits: EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules, Annual Medical Allowance, Group Insurance, and TA for outstations.
