Relationship of salary and work load

Relationship of salary and work load

Often it is said that the salary is increasing, so the work load has to be increased, but is there any relation to increasing the work load??

Inflation is the main thing you see when your salary increase, the rapid inflation is increasing, the rapid pay increase to tackle that inflation and make the country a stone of development By which the balance is being made in the market.

Everyone should understand this constitution whether you are in government or private -

It is agreed that the first 10 persons worked in your department and their average salary was ₹100, then the total expenditure of salary was ₹1000 from that department, now if inflation is increased by 20%, then now 10 men in that department. Total salary went to 1200, which means 20% salary increased because inflation increased by 20% or more

But now somebody say that there will be 5 men out of 10 men and you have to do their job because salary has increased so will you be ready to do what you used to get ₹100 salary in ₹120 while it should be if 5 men you If they are reducing their salary means ₹ 600 should also be distributed among these 5 people because if their work is being divided then they should also get salary

On the contrary, the total salary of 10 men was 1000 before and increased 20% to ₹1200 now management will reduce 5 men to work at 600 rupees only and show profit to the remaining 600

Now it is the job of leaders to raise these issues that if you are linking someone's work with the current staff, add his salary to the one who used to do it before, but the leaders are trying to explain that the one who has increased ₹120 is more. Have to do it ..

It is happening because our leaders do not come after electing, they don't know the basic, they can see ₹120 of ₹100 but what will be the remaining salary of the 5 people who will be done by them? Can't be able to.

Bank employees do guda part throughout the day and these leaders are not able to explain the maths of class 2, if you have answer, please tell.
