No increase DA from February 2024 for banker's

Today i.e. on 31.01.24 Govt declared CPI for the month of Dec'23 as 138.80 which is decreased from 139.1 points from the previous month i.e. Nov'23. Decrease in CPI data, as declared by the Govt, shows from their records the inflation has cooled down significantly in Sep'23 from the last month. Bankers DA calculator is updated hereunder accordingly. Earlier the Govt vide their notification dated 22.10.20 (click to view the letter) has changed the Consumer Price base year from 2001=100 to 2016=100 for Industrial Workers.

On the basis of CPI data announced by the Govt for the months of Oct'23 to Dec'23 (as tabled below) there is no change in existing DA slab and DA slabs payable for the period Feb'24 to Apr'24 remains 693 as per 11th BPS

Please think something about our *senior citizens*. Their condition is *thinkable after retirement*.
Mrs. Jaya Bachchan Honorable. MP raised a very important issue in Parliament, for which we salute his speech as follows;
"Kill the senior citizens.
Government should kill all seniors. Citizens after 65 years of age because the government is not ready to pay attention to these nation builders.
*"Is it a crime to be a senior citizen in India? *
Senior citizens of India are not eligible for *medical insurance after 70 years, they do not get loan on EMI. Driving license has not been issued*. They are not given any job, so they depend on others to survive. He paid all taxes, insurance premiums, from retirement age i.e. 60-65. Now even after becoming senior citizens *they have to pay all taxes*. There is no plan for senior citizens in India. *50% discount on railway/air travel has also been stopped*. The *other aspect of the picture is that senior citizens sitting on the post of MLA, MP or Minister in politics are given every possible benefit and also get pension*. I fail to understand why all other (except some government employees) are deprived of equal facilities. Imagine, where would the kids go if they didn't care about them. If the elders of the country go against the government in the elections, then it will affect the election results. The government will have to face the consequences.
*Seniors have the power to change the government*, don't ignore them. They have *changing the government life experience*. Don't take them weak! Lots of plans are needed for the benefit of senior citizens. *Government spends a lot of money on welfare schemes, but never pays attention to senior citizens*. On contrary, *senior citizens income decreasing due to banks interest rates*. If some of them are getting a low *pension to support family and themselves, this is also subject to income tax*. This is why senior citizens *some benefits should be considered*:
(1). All citizens above the age of 60 should be pensioned
(2). Everyone should be given pension according to their status
(3). Concessions in railway, bus and air travel.
(4). Insurance should be mandatory for all till last breath and premiums should be paid by the government.
(5). Court cases of senior citizens should be given priority for immediate decision.
(6). Homes of senior citizens with all facilities in every city
(7). Government should amend rules to scrap 10-15 years old cars. This rule should only be applied to commercial vehicles. Our cars are bought on loan and we use only 40 to 50000 km in 10 years. Our cars are as good as new. If our vehicles get destroyed we should be given new vehicles.
I urge all senior citizens and youth to share this on all social media. Let's hope *this government, which is honest all the time and talks about *"all together, development of all"*, will do something for the betterment of those who have contributed to nation building and are now at its peak. "
Please share to all your friends, seniors and well wishers.
🙏❤ God *Bless we *ALL* ❤🙏
🙏🏻🌹With regards🌹🙏🏻

Enhancement and expansion of the duties of Clerks would impact IN 12TH BIPARTITE

It is learnt through social media that the two Unions of workmen i.e. AIBEA & NCBE have entered into an understanding with the IBA (Indian Banks Association) in the meeting of working group to enhance the duties and responsibilities of the clerical cadre indiscriminately and disproportionately making them vulnerable and accountable. All the clerks including the probationers are to be assigned supervisory job right from day one and that too independently.

It has already been pointed out in the earlier article of Bank Workers’ Unity on 4th November 2023 that in the case of officers, all the three organizations participating in the negotiations namely AIBOC, INBOC, NOBO take part in all the meetings of the working groups which deal with the service conditions like leave, disciplinary action etc. Whereas in the case of workmen, only two Unions namely AIBEA and NCBE participate in the meetings of the working groups leavingout the other three other Unions namely BEFI, INBEF & NOBW.

Enhancement of Duties and Responsibilities of Clerks

According to that understanding

Single Window Operator A’s duties are proposed as under:

  • Passing power of cash cheque / other like instruments independently proposed to be increased from Rs. 10000/- to Rs.50000/- (5 times)
  • Clearing / transfer vouchers / other like instruments independently proposed to be increased from Rs. 15000/- to Rs.100000/- (more than 6 times)
  • Issuance of pre-signed DD etc. independently proposed to be increased from Rs.15000/- to Rs.50000/- (more than 3 times)
  • Cash receipt and authorization independently proposed to be increased from Rs. 15000/- to Rs.50000/- (more than 3 times)
  • Receipt of cash (Dedicated Cash Counters) – No limit
  • Clearing / transfer vouchers / other like instruments jointly with another Clerk / Officer more than Rs.1,00,000/- and less than and equal to Rs.2,00,000/- (New concept)

From this, it can be easily understood that the duties and responsibilities of Head Cashiers and Special Assistants would have also been steeply increased.

From the proposal, one can understand that out of the whole transactions more than 90% would fall within the powers of the Clerks either independently or jointly. Thus, the Clerks will have to perform supervisory job henceforth and manage the entire counter work either independently or along with another clerk.

Maker – Checker concept gone

The strength of the flawless Banking system is due to the Maker-Checker concept adopted since inception. That is, the Clerk used to initiate (make) the transactions and the Officer used to check and authorize them. The possibility of mistakes/frauds would be greatly eliminated due to this system.  Presently the independent power is limited from Rs. 10000/- to Rs. 15000/-. Now as per the new proposal, if a Clerk is independently assigned with huge powers, he/she alone has to post (make) and authorize (check).  Thus, the decades-old time-tested practice which led to flawless banking is given a go-bye for a large number of transactions. This will make the Clerks very much vulnerable.  Due to the pressure of time and volume, mistakes are likely to happen exposing the Clerks to disciplinary action besides instant recovery of money that may be lost due to inadvertent credit to a wrong account/ excess credit etc.

More than an officer’s job

With the independently assigned huge powers to the clerical cadre, they have to perform more than an officer’s job. Presently officers are not at all required to perform both the jobs of posting and authorizing cash/clearing /transfer/other like vouchers. They are required to only authorize whatever job initiated by the Clerks. But in this proposal Clerks are assigned with such an enormous power forcing them to perform more than an officer’s job with the clerical salary.

Expanding duties of Clerks

The duties and responsibilities of Clerks do not end here.  They further expand:

  • Capturing account holder signature
  • KYC, e-KYC (Know Your Customer)
  • Recovery
  • Marketing including digital marketing and sensitizing customer about digital products/lending, Alternative delivery channels
  • Feeding data of credit proposals and loan products
  • Clearing, filling up ATM, Cash Deposit Machines and other similar machines and other related Alternate delivery channels
  • It was agreed to clarify and reiterate that the workman entrusted with duties attracting Special Pay is required to perform routine duties of his cadre.

Many of the duties hitherto assigned with the Officer cadre are now likely to be shifted to Clerical cadre according to this understanding. If this comes into force, hereafter the Clerks would be forced to go outside the premises to perform their jobs like marketing, recovery of loans etc. In that case, the counters will be left with no other person severely affecting the customer service. Further Clerks would be forced to complete the left-over jobs while they were away on duty. When the Clerks are in no way responsible for the loan sanctioned, they would be forced to go for recovery making them vulnerable.

Increased work load

With the heavy shortage, already the Clerks are suffering from huge work load.  With the expansion of their duties and increased powers and responsibilities, they would not be able to complete their job on time.  With the implementation of five-day banking, the working hours on all days are likely to increase by 40 minutes each day. Even today when they are forced to sit beyond their working hours by half-an hour to one hour, the extra 40 minutes will force them to stay further.  This would put the Clerks into greater strain and stress.

AIBEA CC seeks enhancement of the duties and responsibilities of workmen cadre

The Central Committee meeting of AIBEA held at Guwahati on 10th and 11th September 2023 has on the one hand observed that in many branches employees are unable to complete their daily routine work within the office hours and are compelled to sit late resulting in work-related stress and on the other hand decided that efforts should be made to make the workmen cadre more and more utility oriented with suitable enhancement of the duties and responsibilities. Normally only IBA used to place the demand for enhancement of the duties and responsibilities. But this time strangely the leadership of a particular Union is placing this demand.

Work-life balance of Clerks would be disturbed

The 12th Bipartite Settlement has many positive features like 17% increase in the pay-slip component, 5 days banking, improvement in leave rules, allowances etc. as understood.  The basic issues like merger of Special Allowance (this time with the accepted load of 3% in Basic Pay, Special Allowance is likely to increase from 16.4% to more than 25%), updation of pension, bringing all employees and officers covered by NPS (National Pension System) under defined Old Pension Scheme, merger at a higher point of Consumer Price Index etc. remain to be addressed.

Additionally, the increased powers & responsibilities and expansion of duties of Clerks, as proposed, will have serious negative impact.  The work-life balance of Clerks would be disturbed and is likely to increase their work-related stress multi-fold. If this would be the state of affairs of Clerks, the position of the Officers would be more pathetic. Hence, we appeal to the UFBU leaders to resist increased duties & responsibilities and expanded duties of the Clerks in the interest of all.

Negotiations on the 12thBPS between IBA and UFBU

Negotiations on the 12thBPS between IBA and UFBU

IBA Chairman:

Shall we start the business for the day?

UFBU:

Yes, Sir.

IBA Chairman:

This time, we want to minimise the hike in the Basic Pay of Bank Staff. What is your take on it?

UFBU:

Sir, we may consider granting fresh, stand-alone allowances as part of the payslip. Thus, we may ensure negligible allotment of the proposed load to the Basic Pay.

IBA:

For instance?

UFBU:

We may consider sanctioning Mobile Allowance, Broadband Allowance, Stationery Allowance, Furniture Allowance, Learning Allowance, Children Education Allowance, Hygiene Allowance, Depreciation Allowance (subject to approval from Income Tax Department) etc. Besides, we may convert the existing ‘Transport Allowance’ into ‘Fuel Allowance’.

IBA:

That’s fantastic. But, remember to specify all these in unambiguous terms in the Draft that they are all ‘stand-alone’ allowances. They shall NOT rank for any of the terminal benefits. For calculation of Dearness Allowance also, they will be reckoned only to the extent of 25%.

UFBU:

Done, Sirs.

IBA:

What happened to your demand on the ‘Health Insurance premium’ and the bank managements subsidising it?

UFBU:

We may defer it, Sir.

IBA:

That’s good. Do you still want ‘Pension Updation’?

UFBU:

No, No. We will mention it in the Draft just for the sake of the gullible members. We will never insist on it. Nevertheless, if the courts or the DFS, Ministry of Finance sanctions any ‘ex gratia or revision’ to the pensioners, despite our resistance, we must be given due credit.

IBA:

We can think of it, if any such unforeseen scene unfolds in the future. Alright, shall we call it a day now?

UFBU:

Yes, Sir. We are extremely happy on the outcome of today’s negotiation. We are grateful to you for the congenial atmosphere created by you and the courtesy shown to us.

Meeting concludes and all the representatives from either side disperse.

Without 5 days banking Joint note not officially declared

Without 5 days banking announcement from Govt,

Bipartite settlement will not be signed.

S.K.Bandlish

Convenor UFBU

}

Yes, 12th B. P. S negotiation is over.

Only Documentation part is remaining .

Full fledged settlement may be signed shortly.

Arrears for 15 months only🤪🤪

I know you will ask the popular question on "5 day banking".

Answer is the same. It is pending with G. O. I/DFS.

PAYSLIP COMPONENTS NOT YET FINALIZE

Relationship of salary and work load

Relationship of salary and work load

Often it is said that the salary is increasing, so the work load has to be increased, but is there any relation to increasing the work load??

Inflation is the main thing you see when your salary increase, the rapid inflation is increasing, the rapid pay increase to tackle that inflation and make the country a stone of development By which the balance is being made in the market.

Everyone should understand this constitution whether you are in government or private -

It is agreed that the first 10 persons worked in your department and their average salary was ₹100, then the total expenditure of salary was ₹1000 from that department, now if inflation is increased by 20%, then now 10 men in that department. Total salary went to 1200, which means 20% salary increased because inflation increased by 20% or more

But now somebody say that there will be 5 men out of 10 men and you have to do their job because salary has increased so will you be ready to do what you used to get ₹100 salary in ₹120 while it should be if 5 men you If they are reducing their salary means ₹ 600 should also be distributed among these 5 people because if their work is being divided then they should also get salary

On the contrary, the total salary of 10 men was 1000 before and increased 20% to ₹1200 now management will reduce 5 men to work at 600 rupees only and show profit to the remaining 600

Now it is the job of leaders to raise these issues that if you are linking someone's work with the current staff, add his salary to the one who used to do it before, but the leaders are trying to explain that the one who has increased ₹120 is more. Have to do it ..

It is happening because our leaders do not come after electing, they don't know the basic, they can see ₹120 of ₹100 but what will be the remaining salary of the 5 people who will be done by them? Can't be able to.

Bank employees do guda part throughout the day and these leaders are not able to explain the maths of class 2, if you have answer, please tell.

A stupid step in ruining banking....Meri Awaj Suno

A stupid step in ruining banking

Normality banks have 3 categories of staff -
1. Sub ordinate staff - it comes with sweeper, guards, peon

2. Clerk - This comes with staff who do banking related daily, mainly cash deposit withdrawal, KYC, checkbook, ATM or any other jobs that categorize the maker, have fixed timing and a limited level responsibility That's why their salary is average

3. Manager - It is clear by the name itself that their job is to manage, branch runs smoothly, customers should not have trouble and their jobs on time is the manager's responsibility, along with that it is to bring new business, with high net value Personally dealing, recovery, NPA etc are responsible for the manager, so the average salary of a manager in any branch, leased house and all bhatts are higher than the total salary of peon clerk of Puri branch.

Everyone's role is important to run any branch smoothly and every employee is committed to doing what is in their job profile.. Now just think that peon first comes to bank in the morning and go to recovery.
Don't sweep sweeper and go to customer's house to get KYC done
Guard should not be guarded and everyone should get PMSBJY
If Clerk doesn't work daily routine, sell digital banking, SIP mutual funds and insurance instead of paying on cash counter, how will banking be??

Yes, so wrong, banking is going to be like this where banks without any extra monetary profit, clerk and fourth class employees are preparing to do such things which are not in their job profile, now it is not like this There are loads of vacancies in the banks and every branch is full of clerks, so these additional clerks will be done.

But the truth is that Banks have fallen less than half the employees in the last 5 years, on contrary the number of customers has fallen 4 times, that means in 2018, if there were 100 customers on 4 clerks, today there are 400 customers on 2 clerks. Clerk has already been 4x the load in these 5 years he's been doing late nights without overtime, all these customers come in for banking related work, waiting for his turn on cash counter without question That's why we do it because if we remove from the kiosk, he will take ₹100 commission for ₹1000.

If the same clerk does not do KYC then how will the closed account be opened, if he does not give ATM then how can he withdraw money anywhere in the country?
If NPCI will not do then how will the money for scholarship and old age pension come?
If you will not submit nomination, then who will get the fund after the death of the customer
Now just think, if the clerk sitting on the cash counter explains the digital products to the customer instead of giving cash, will the customers behind the line not complain about that clerk?

Came to create FD, get the customer's hard work money in insurance mutual fund and that money sinks, will the customer not sue that clerk?

Is there any alternet arrangement for a clerk who went to recovery waiting ahead of the counter in the bank to see when to come and do my job.

No what does this mean of agreement, does leaders who have become well wishers of employees tell those employees about this issue or take opinion from them that we are going to sign such a decision, leader is those who made them leader Choose to represent him in such a way that even the employee sitting away says he is a leader, then he is the one who has good for every employee, he takes decisions and not to join the brokers of the management and sign the things that will bring the future generation. Ask you people, when such leaders were signing an agreement for exploiting employees in a closed room, were you and your colleagues buying bangles or thinking that ours was cut off, now the new generation has come, they suffer and we are from them. What to do?

Blessed are such leaders of the banking society and more blessed are the employees silent today.

12th Bipartite salary chart excel for officer, clerk and sub staff

12th Bipartite Settlement in Danger

12th Bipartite Settlement in Danger

On 28.02.2023 Vasant Vankudre of Kolhapur ( Maharastra) has filed a stay petition demanding STAY on initiation of talks of 12th Bipartite settlement unless the residual issues of 11th Bipartite are resolved.

In the subject petition IBA AND CANARA BANK lawyers raised objection that The Hon’ble Court is not having Teritorial Jurisdiction to initiate the petition moreover the petition is filed after so many years since Vankudre has retired in 1997 hence the petition is not in limitation hence it is not maintainable. Wherein the Hon'ble court has given judgement that since Mr Vankudre has been paid pension till last month the pension is maintainable and I have territorial Jurisdiction also for the petition.

Hence Indian Banks Association and United Forum of Bank Unions could not sign the agreement yesterday due to Stay petition filed in Kolhapur Court by Vankudre.

By the way IBA AND UFBU are not legal institutions since they are not registered under any prevailing law in India. Still how their dominance is being absorbed by banks is miracle .

IBA AND UFBU are in receipt of Court Summons on 13.02.2023 still UFBU is not present in the case either personally or through lawyer. However they have initiated 12th Bipartite talks long back as per DFS, FINANCE MINISTRY LETTER dt 20.01.23 under no eF.No.4/2/1/2022- IR to SBI AND MD AND CEOs of all public Sector banks and have also signed the MOU on 7.12.23 contempting the orders of the court with the assurance to sign the final agreement within six months.

In line with their word IBA AND UFBU had arranged the meeting on 9.01.24, 11.01.24 and final meeting for signing the 12th Bipartite settlement on 12.01.24. However due to fear of Stay Petition  filed by Vankudre and scheduled to be argued on 18.01.24 they avoided to sign the agreement. After all your inner voice and fear of legal procedures restrict the person who is habitual of behaving against law.

The behavior of IBA AND UFBU by not signing the agreement yesterday in honour of demand of Bank pensioners to pay Pension Updation/revision in line with RBI that to with retrospective effect is adorable.

It definately can be said that paying Ex Gratia in place of Pension Updation /revision has been given second thought. What retirees are demanding is
their legal right and not any favor or loaf of bread. They are not beggers at all.

If they had proceeded further to sign the agreement their existence itself would be in danger.

Pension be paid with periodical updation in RBI line and the spouse should also get the benefit hence Bank Employees created the pension corpus trust fund of their own by surrenderring their PF and today the fund has raised to the tune of 358000+ crores. Still the bank pensioners are not getting the periodic updation / revision in pension for last 29 years.

The pension fund is either misutilised by banks or somebody has eye on the mounting fund.

Due to this suspicion Vasant Vankudre has filed a criminal case on IBA, UFBU ( ALL NINE UNION LEADERS ), CANARA BANK PENSION TRUSTEE,  DFS and the court was pleased to issue ORDER for police investigation and it is in progress with the court order to submit the investigation report on 30.01.24.

During the pendancy  of the case Smt Usha Ananth Subramanium The then IBA  chairman and Chairman of PNB also was twice charge sheeted by CBI in Neerav Modi scam case hence Vankudre booked all the above accused under ORGANISE CRIME ACT 1999 . The Curative petition is still pending in Supreme Court.

It is reliably learnt that IBA is interfering in every Banking activity hence to stop her interference some desperate try is going on.

IBA has forced so many unwanted decisions on Bank Employees and Retiees as well-

1. Restrictions on employees pay

2. Diff parameters for pay and pension

3. Diff pay strata for pay and DA allowance

4. Diff eligibility for pay and pension

5. Special allowance and Stagnation increment is not counted for pension.

As such so many unconstitutional decisions are being taken by IBA and are accepted by banks which discrimination is denied totally by Hon'ble Chandrachud in 1982 itself. The Judgement given in D S NSKARA CSSE by him is still treated as Historic and Model Judgement even today.

As per the Judgement PENSION  is a fundamental Right and Pension is property of Retirees as per Article 300A . To deny or delay the right is a crime in itself. Pension is extended Salary offered to retired person to live a dignified life in old age.

It should not be treated as favor .

Ex Gratia offered in place of Updation / revision is nothing but a favor.

At this age it must not be accepted since pension is our RIGHT.

What Vasant Vankudre is demanding is his legal right it should not be paid nothing less nor nothing more. It was already agreed on 29.10.1993.

The first pension reform under the leadership of Dr Surendra Dave appointed by Late Hon'ble Atalji says treatment given to old people is the litmus test of Government and Governance of the country.

Special Allowance will be at 26.5% in 12th Bipartite -A Notorious thing

Y

It is understood that the notorious 'Special Allowance' will be at 26.5% of the revised Basic Pay, in 12th BPS. At this rate, Special Allowance will exceed the Basic Pay itself, in another 10 years. Simply idiotic, irrational and ridiculous!

This has been done deliberately, with the sole objective of reducing the Basic Pay. This bad and self-defeating exercise that was started at the time of 10th BPS will have evil and everlasting effects on the construction of the Pay Scales (present and future) and also on HRA, PQP, FPP.

Further, the terminal benefits like Gratuity, Pension, Commuted Pension and Family Pension will also be severely impacted. I am at a loss to understand how and why those who are still in service - especially those who are aged 45 years and above - are keeping silent, without showing resistance and without even a murmur of protest.

Have they resigned themselves to fate?

12 bipartite details for workman as per joint note

12th Bipartite 17%pay hike but 170% radical chanh=ge in job profile ---see details

According to information from trusted sources, the 12th bilateral agreement is not only going to change the position of workers but also going to have a radical change in their job profiles. We are sharing the information we have received and leaving this decision completely to bank personnel who are making their own career potentially by accepting 17% pay hike without resistance. Increased passing power to this 17% salary increase, many of the works being done by officers so far need to be included in the Clerk job profile and all of this need to be seen in the perspective of increased workload, responsibility and risk Is it. In other words the banks where officiating pay is tradition of working instead of officiating, if passing power and work proposed today, it must be compared to a 17% pay hike. Along with this, how those claims that were making big claims regarding rapid pay hike without strike or resistance need to go to the test of these changes. Well when increased workloads, responsibility and risk are accepted without resistance instead of a small pay hike, it should have been compromised and earlier.

Why is the organization of V Bankers necessary?

Why is the organization of V Bankers necessary?
It is about the era when there was no union in banks-management would have hired whom they want, fired whom they want-injustice and harassment were at its peak-banks were scheduled to come but not to leave the bank, no terms of service anywhere-whatever management says True. In such circumstances, the first union in the banks became - completely non-political and democratic. Union has been formed but due to fear most bank workers would have been disturbed by becoming members, they think that if they become members of the union, management will disturb, transfer somewhere far - only a handful of brave people from every bank became members of the union. Union's due election was held. Those who did not become members of the union when disturbed, go to tell locally elected union minister their problem, secretly financially and assure that they are with the union. The minister of the union would inform all the bank members of the union about such problems, meetings were held and conflict were announced. Union members and leaders would have gathered on the branch which had problems after the completion of the work the next day. Very little portion of total bank employees in the city yet fun number. It is a fun thing when starting this demonstration, the bank on which they are performing - the employees of that branch would have been doing such things, that nothing might have happened - that means, those who are struggling to diagnose the problem are the ones who are struggling to diagnose the problem. Performance late night - number of demonstrators increased instead of decreasing - there were slogans of that era - charge sheet - suspension order take back - cancel transfer order. These little brave people would have created such an environment till late night that charge sheet, suspension order would have been torn, transfer would have been cancelled. Immediately after making the union, I have seen my transfer order returned in one day.
Later a political party occupied the union, it was necessary to be a cardholder of that special party. Political decisions started in the union, punishment discrimination started to be adopted. The result is that the person who contributed most to the union formation was defeated by dishonesty in the Yen Ken case election - repented - returned to the union created by State Bank. The same story was repeated in Bank of Baroda and IOB - the unions of these banks were separated. In 1973, late O.P. Gupta, P.C. Jain Sarikhe was expelled out of the union - he increased his strength by creating bankwise unions that later the first union also had to make bankwise union. The old form of the union is lost - now the bank has started becoming the leader of the same bank - the result is out.
V Bankers have authorized the same form of a well-thought-out organization which was the first union of banks - a non-political fully democratic union of all banks because today is the same situation when the first union was formed. There is still an atmosphere of fear - the difference is that there are not one but many unions today and how effective these unions are, who knows better than bank employees? Charge sheets still available today, suspension and transfers but don't sound slogans like before, like before, pressure is not made and refunded, even today banks temporarily put fourth class employees, to say there is bilateral agreement, terms of service But unions have failed to implement them - getting chance approval is also a big challenge - today the time to come to the bank is scheduled not to go - today the biggest challenge is to remove the fear from the heart of bank workers - even today people are due to the same fear Leaving the old union and becoming members of V bankers, the fear that was among the bank personnel at that time is still the same fear.
The work of making a militant trade union by erasing the atmosphere of fear, the same work that was done by a handful of banks can make a union of all banks and do a handful of banks of V bankers. When organization is formed -people are well acquainted with each other, they have an emotional relationship -the relationship that stays together in good and bad times, they are familiar with each other's qualities and shortcomings and thus use each other rightly -social media Awareness can create, but the revolution of system change can only be done by making organizations, making emotional relationships with each other and eradicating fear from the heart of bank workers. When the organization will be there, we will be able to echo the V Bankers' movement in the same day at the same time. The battle for system change is never easy and it is essential to convert this crucial battle into victory - an organization with young leadership and knowledge and experience locally selected people who have spent their service period struggling .
This work will seem impossible and difficult in the beginning but with your determination and good intentions can make it easier
