X+Y+Z is the NEW BASIC

Example

Say Your Present Basic  X=78230

Then  Y= 78230*30.88%=24157.40 this amount da eill be merged with your basic

So total  78230+24157.40=102387.40

Then 3% basic load as per mou

So New basic  Z = 102387.40*3%=105459
