In today's talks with IBA we raised the following issues for taking decision. Early settlement, increase in their offer, clubbing basic pay & spl allowance, 5 day week, improvement in family pension, updation of pension, nps at 14%, PLI modalities , reduction in premium on medical insurance for retirees, etc. It was decided to clinch these issues at the earliest.
