ufbu shuld strongly protest against adhoc payment of wage revision

IBA's unilateral announcement of the Adhoc payment of arrears,is nothing but a ploy to delay the bipartite talks .IBA's
stand is partly due to the lack of unanimity among the negotiating unions.AIBOC had called a 2 days strike and it was called off.Now AIBEA and BEFI are going for a strike on 22nd October for merger of banks.NCBE is not participating in the strike. There is an obvious doubt, which every bank employee has at present. How the agitation against merger of banks, can go hand in hand with the bipartite talks. So the
Govt.,it seems has decided to 'hold one's the talks ,till the unions call off merger agitation.Further, the govt./IBA strongly feels that the merger agitation is fuelled by left parties. So ,give the present situation,IBA will not resume the talks, any more, without getting the nod from the govt.IBA has already started to fish in troubled waters. Now who are the sufferers?

Why blame UFBU LEADERS. They know how to prosper with fool bank employees.
Bank employees are educated fools, have no guts, have no right to
Select leaders, are like puppets, have no unity. It is like too many cooks spoiled the cake.
Coal mine employees are better than Bank Employees. They can demand, but our leaders are begging.
That is the difference & result.
