Parliament also recognises that JMG 1 officers & Clerks of PSU Banks are equivalent to Group A officers & Group C Employees of Central Govt respectively. But our leaders don't recognise it, otherwise how & why they are negotiating on percentage term instead of Pay equivalent to 07 CPC.......Time to think & understand the dirty politics & game behind it....
