All the signatories of this circular should resign with immediate effect. They are actually gaddsr.. They have practically left the 5 days banking issue. What ever the momentum gathered in the matter for last 11years have lost. Either they should resign on their own or they forced to resign by the ordinary members especially the AIBEA and aiboc members
