A round of discussions was held today with the main Negotiating committee of IBA. It is agreed that the settlement will be effective from 1.11.2022 for the next 5 years. It was also agreed that DA upto 8088 points of price index would be merged with basic pay. Other issues were also discussed. Detailed circular follows.

Such a bunch of jokers these people are really representing us or delaying our wage settlement, where is 5 day banking gone. Can't they come to conclusion by sitting one or two days. It's pathetic such people are representing more than 12 lakh bankers.
What is the basis of taking 8088 points of merging DA. It is learnt that 8088 points are on the average DA of Jul Aug & Sept 21 why not Jul Aug Sept 22 as the revision is due from 1/Nov/22.
