Pension Updating Finally good news is expected to be announced shortly.

Pension Updating
Finally good news is expected to be announced shortly.

It seems, IBA has come down admitting funds requirement for updation to Rs.6300crs and realised that their earlier claim of Rs.95000 crs. was exorbitant and arbitrary which seems the Govt./ F.M. also admitted and realised that retirees updation cannot be denied and have to be granted. Let us hope something good is done at last. Perhaps a good news is flowing finally for the retirees.

Even the IBA is doing miscalculations due to the 11th BPS is not being done which is over due since Nov. 2017,upsetting purchasing power of bankers ultimately affected the GDP growth rate. Please try to settle the 11th BPS @ 25% to increase the GDP

Bank unions are pretending to safeguard PSBs.
Eventhough 2 years have gone. U have not got even a single paise raise in ur salary.
Do not participate in the strike which has been called for with the motive of defaming the elected govt.
Nothing will happen by this strike.
You wont get any benefit and will lose a day's salary.
In other organisations the strike period will be treated as casual or some other leave and they will not lose even a single penny as wage cut.
Think wise. Your not lay men u r educated.

At least now the correct calculations reached the Government.
Now it is the responsibility of negotiating people to do the proper checking at all levels.
Let us hope for the best

Whether periodically updated pension or one-time payment is successful.

nothing happens
just waste
such things are going on for a long time and just comical to read the leaders comments

Ultimately some light at the end of the tunnel. The matter should be settled along with BPS. Keeping it as residual issue the matter will never reach it's logical conclusion. PL take up the issue of mediclaim policy. Hope for the best

Banking industry is said to be the backbone of the country's economy. BPS Bankers' wage revision is overdue since two years. The Govt., and the concerned should take up immediate steps positively to settle serving aswell as retiree Bankers' issues favorably without further delay..

Yes. Bankers and pensioners should get hike. All the industries wages are getting revised without any strike or struggle. Only banking industry, backbone of the country is suffering. Government should involve n settle the matter immediately without further delay

Going on strike is nothing but a bribe to settle your demands. Both the govt and unions are making us fools. the govt doubly benefitted one by not paying salary, and recovering part amount even before sanction / release. The unions butter from the masters needs no special mention.

Yes, pension updation should not be a one time action, but should be periodically alongwith the wage settlement/or like pay commission implementation just like state and central government pensioners.

This should be insisted upon.

Good developments

This time pension updation will take place

Unknown said...

When pension is also delayed payment for the services rendered during the productive years of the pensioners,it's periodic updationshould not be left to the sweet will of the employers,lt must be clearly mentioned as his right,& shiuld be treated as that only, without any agonizing prolonged waiting for it,
