In West Bengal all doctors have gone for strike for attacking on doctors and they are now claiming their safety in work place and this protest gone world wide . Salute to their unity of the doctors. But what about us ?
What about bankers ? We see many bankers get attacked or even killed !
What about their family ?
Safety ?
Why we are not that much United !
As because we belong to different banks ?

Only 9(nine) union under UFBU but they are not united about banker demand.But as such no registered union of Junior Doctor they are all united about their demand.
When a bankers faced the same problem like this, no national journalist nor tv news came, he is mostly blame by his superior. He is not having such protective support from his colleagues or from centres. When bankers is attack by customer..the news came out after a week or a month.
We are not unite and this is why we cannot have a wage and many other things settled in time.
We don't deserve to be treated as other sector
Today AIBEA bengal circle release a press conference regarding doctor strike at bengal. They are worried about health situation of Bengal. Realy Jokes of the Year --- a bank leader doesn't bother about the demand, crisis , health and security of common banker , Now he is thinking about westbengal health position.We are poor banker and god gifted us such type of knowledgeable and almight leader.
They have no time to think how 11th bipartite will be materialized shortly .
We should learn from west Bengal Doctors

Aibea is responsible for bankers today's. Conditions think how they can be shunted out. Only then banker's wage revision will be decent
Good and apt comment about Aibea.
They r not speaking any word about wage revision and pension updation.
They pretend that they are concerned about welfare of people and not not taking any single step for the well being og of bank employyes.
Yet majority of bank employees are following them blinď folded.
The only Union in the universe not concerned with the welfare of their followers is Aibea.
Bank unions are no longer useful
