HIGHLIGHTS OF TODAY'S TALKS ON WAGE SETTLEMENT
1. ON non Financial Issues 2 Sub Committees are formed-
Committee For Workman will be chaired by Shree Rakesh Kumar from Canara Bank AND Committee for Officers will be chaired by an Executive from SBI. Unions have been asked to submit names for Sub Committees .
2. Financial Issues will be dealt with by Negotiating Team.
3. There was consensus on EFFECTIVE Date- 01.11.2017.
4. Issues of RETIREES , PENSION UPDATE , 5 DAY'S WEEK WERE DISCUSSED. IBA AGREED TO REFER THE ISSUES IMMEDIATELY TO GOVT. WHERE EVER SO NEEDED.
5. ON MANDATE ISSUE IBA emphasized to act on individual bank's Mandate and advised UFBU to pursue matter with bank particular. UFBU insisted on Common Settlement for ALL SCALES.
