PNB Bank Officers announce protest after 4th June against toxic work culture

In a letter dated 15 May 2024, the All India Punjab National Bank Officers’ Association (AIPNBOA) of Bijnor Circle, Uttar Pradesh, bravely brought forth allegations of harassment and undue pressure on officers by the Circle Office. The letter, penned with utmost concern and urgency, was addressed to the Circle Head of Punjab National Bank (PNB) in Bijnor, demanding immediate action to rectify the unsettling situation. In response to the circle office’s inaction, AIPNBOA took further action by writing another letter to the PNB Bijnor Circle Head on 27 May 2024. The association notified the Circle Head of their intention to stage a protest demonstration at the circle office on 04 June 2024, after working hours. Additionally, they declared the withdrawal of extra cooperation with the management in their efforts to improve busines
