 An Appeal to: Dr. Subramanian Swamy:

The ministry of Finance has initiated the 11 th BPS for Banke employees. Still the wounds of the 10th BPS are fresh and paining. Whoever might have been responsible for such an act of provocation and insult to bank employees and Bank Pensioners have not understood the fall out of the 10th BPS where the United Forum of Bank Unions led by Communist affiliates have signed the settlement with IBA to reduce the superannuation benefits and Pensions of the Bank employees. Sir, You have been a trade union leader for Bank employees. Now it is time for you to correctly represent the facts before the Hon.Prime Ministers of India-who is behind this atrocious action of separating the Bank employees who are an important and vital organ of the Gvt. of india in implementation of its policies and programmes. They are opinion makers and changers of the course of the game. The bank employees to day lack a credible union / organisation to represent them truly. In fact they are held captive and used worse than slaves without any alternative system of support. There is no democracy and transparency in the Unions and representatives selection. Still the feudal system of Nominatio by delegates prevails. Employees are living under fear of victimisation by these trade union leader mafia. We want / demand E-Voting before the Trade Union leaders are called for negotiations. The present leaders are retired from their active service years back still they are hanging on to the Trade union positions and power denotes the strength of their mafia hold on the system and black mailing the Govt. in blocking any reforms. With the advent of BJP Govt. every bank employee and Pensioner felt that much needed relief will come to them. But under the present dispensation it has become from the pan into fire. so was the election results to BJP in Delhi and Bihar elections. The opposition led Unions were successful in presenting the BJP / NDA Govt. in a wrong way and antiemployees. Now atleast a correction will be made either bringing the Bank employees under a wage commission or introducing Evoting for selection and election of Union representatives. Please present the case in the fittest possible way to the Hon. Prime Minister of India-so that after 2017 also the BJP stays in power.
