employees life hell is....
1. Fear of transfer to difficult branch.
2. Desire of becoming Dgm/Gm/CMD ( as early as possible).
प्रमोशन की तीव्र चाहत में बैंकर्स गलत तरीको से आगे बढ़ने का रास्ता खोजते हुए खुद अपनी और अपने अधिनस्तो की जिंदगी को लगातार संकट में धकेलते जा रहे हैं।
