UFBU meeting will be held at Mumbai on 6th Feb with below mention agenda

A meeting of UFBU will be held on 6 th February at Mumbay  at Hotel Avion  Few question regarding this meeting
1>Why this meeting held at  Hotel Avion a star category hotel where a minimum room rent for one night one person is 15000/- who will bear the cost- Meeting may be held any state level union office or  Bank union office???

2>Already whispering started from common banker that  another drambazi will be happend on 6th February instead of positive result.

3> After November 2017  no negotiation  meeting held  why ? it is more than 90 days  that means  our wage revesion is now NPA level,

Regarding this meeting few facebook remark by common banker just copy paste below please read and think about the common banker

I am retiring in coming month. So , I am equally concern like you.The greatest mistake our negotiators have committed is to link retirees issues to wage settlement. In my opinion unless it is delinked they will neither be doing good to serving e
mployees nor to the retired employees.
Pension and post retirement benefits are social obligations of the organisations to its employees for their life time service. It should not be linked to profitability.
