Proposed Remodelling of the Bank's Organisational & Operational Structure- The proposal for Remodelling of the Bank's Organisational & Operational Structure was placed before Our Bank's Board yesterday on 11th June '16, .It was reported that the proposal was discussed in detail with staff members at all ROs/BMs , through meetings/emails. Further, three rounds of meetings have also been held with workmen Federation & Officers Association by Management & minutes have been signed jointly on this issue with the assurance that both organisation support the business enhancement measures while taking care of the service conditions & welfare of the employees. Accordingly, Board held threadbare detail discussions for 5 hours on the Bank's Restructure & authorised the proposal with suggestions/ objections/amendments to roll out in Phased manner from 1st July from North India. The details of proposal with operational guidelines etc. will be placed in next Board meetings . I place on record committed contributions of Com. Kingshuk Bhattacharya, workmen Director for Twin brother & Banner in board meetings on his completing tenure in board yesterday who left for Kolkata with leaders of WB state. - Narendra Kotiawala
