Well done LICI...but the question is why we are refrained from getting our desired demand of 5 day banking year after years?Whereas we also have various alternate channels for providing banking services @24X7. The government should clarify the ground for non implementing 5 day banking.

From the bitter experience of our previous bipartite settlements it is clear that until we   stand firm for our demands and go for INDEFINITE STRIKE nothing could be achieved. Only meeting after meetings,  agitational programmes and unorganized strike calls will cut our pay and yield nothing.
