*5-DAYS PL ENCASH*
Like to share one issue being circulated in field.
As the benefits of BPS has not yet been effected and calender year-end is fastly approaching.. Regarding encashment of 05 Days PL every year (as settled in BPS) needs to be settled immediately as Surplus Leave beyond the limit will be exhausted for many.
So kindly invite the attention of authority concerned to resolve the issue.
