For Clerical and substaff following things are finalized till date.
1. Basic pay. Clerical starting from 17900 and substaff from 14500.
2. HRA will be uniform at all centres.
3. Special allowance will be 16.4%
4. DA will be paid on special and transport allowance.
5. There would be 9 stagnation increments.
There is suspense on whether da is there on spl. Pay?

Very versatile bad settlement Starting basic of a clerk should be minimum 25000. But after revision, still basic of a clerk in bank is less than peon of state government or central government. All members together should resogn enmass from association or union. Teach a lesson to them. I think insurance people are getting much better scale without any such natal. I do not know how members are digesting such act of union leaders.
