5 Unions AIBEA, AIBOA, BEFI, INBEF and INBOC going on strike(08-01-20) supporting the call given by Central Trade Unions viz. INTUC, AITUC, HMS, CITU, AIUTUC, TUCC, SEWA, AICCTU, LPF and UTUC, for implementation of Minimum wage formula all over the nation.
But these unions will never fight for Parity in wages with in Banks???

My comment for the previous article is applicable for this article also.

Participating in this strike will never end in any benefit to bankers.
It is a mere ritual by AIBEA to show their strength and hiding their inefficiency.
I humbly request bankers not to participate in this strike which has nil relevance to our demands.
Theses leaders will ruin the bankers. To make political bosses Happy they are going on strike they Will not strike for wage revision bank employees are in fix most of them do not want to go on strike but these forced leaders have made such a system to use the employees. Govt should. Throw these retired leaders. And should instruct IBA. Not to talk to these. Retired leaders
